Tablet contains iron, l-methylfolate calcium, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and cholecalciferol that synergistically helps body to make bones strong. About Composition:

Iron is essential element carrying oxygen, forming part of the oxygen-carrying proteins - hemoglobin in red blood cells and myoglobin in muscles. It is also a component of various enzymes and is concentrated in bone marrow, liver, and spleen. The production of hemoglobin and myoglobin (the form of hemoglobin found in muscle tissue) requires this nutrient. L-Methylfolate (LMF) is primary active form of folic acid and with high bioavailability. It is a type of B vitamin helps your body produce and maintain new cells, and also helps prevent changes to DNA that may lead to cancer. Folic acid is sometimes used in combination with other medications to treat pernicious, aplastic, or normocytic anaemia.
Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate is the active form of vitamin B6 is converted to pyridoxal-5-phosphate (coenzyme) in the body. Pyridoxine has been used to treats peripheral neuropathy caused by certain drugs such as isoniazid. It has also been used to treat certain genetic disorders such as xanthurenic aciduria, hyperoxaluria. It is one of the major vitamin required by red blood cells.
